Job Duties: MentorUS Global, LLC in Pasadena, MD is seeking Senior Business Systems Analysts to analyze and troubleshoot computer systems. Individuals will apply advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of subject matter principles and concepts, as well as experience with standard occupational tools to perform the following duties:

Oversee the development of technical literature including application notes, product design.

Coordinate with supporting staff in troubleshooting network and resolving system issues

Operate and troubleshoot proprietary systems

Oversee the configuration of Server Core, networking, security and system settings on Server Core.

Coordinate the development, improvement and maintenance of imaging, deployment solution.

Gather and review business requirements

Oversee the installation and configuration of IIS and FTP in Windows Servers

Lead the building of new file servers to maximize Web hosting, terminal server, file/print sharing and domain control performance

Formulate new group policies & create new user account.

Work with other departments and co-worker in implementing network and system changes

Review weekly reports regarding the work that has been completed for that week as well as work that will be completed in the coming week.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Business Administration, Information Technology, or any related field of study, plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s). In lieu of the above-stated primary education and experience requirements, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Business Administration, Information Technology, or any related field of study, plus at least five (5) years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any related position(s). Individuals will apply theoretical and practical subject matter principles and concepts, as well as experience with software technologies, to perform the following duties and responsibilities:

Design, develop, and modify software applications
Translate complex ideas into elegant, intuitive designs
Collaborate closely with back-end developers to ensure effective execution of designs
Define and prototype user interfaces
Create supporting documentation such as wireframes, flow charts, and process maps
Research usability trends and keep up with industry standards
Gather and analyze metrics
Participate in, or lead, usability testing
Collaborate closely with senior UX and product management to refine and deliver solutions
